*parenting related* - In Vitro Fertilization / Egg Donor Program anyone?
Has anyone here or know of a couple who's had to go through this?
my doctor last week gave me the bad news. i'm at my early stage of menopause and i'm only 28 years old. while getting our 2nd and 3rd opinions i'm about to see my RE doctor in a week to discuss an egg donor program. has anyone here ever had to go through this? please share your experience. it would help me so much. TIA!

My sister actually had an egg donor i dont know much about the process but i have , triplets nieces and a nephew! good luck and best wishes!!!

wow! triplets! now that's a bundle! i would love to have triplets (or maybe i should scratch that ). i'm very happy for your sister. it does give me some hope because i was told the first couple of times may not be so successful.

My sister just went thru it and is due with my niece in October. She was very lucky, it took on the first try....

A friend of mine had in vitro performed 3 times. The first she got pregnant, but miscarried. The second time it was a failed attempt. Third time was a charm!!!!
