Ok, so I was thinking that I would like to do something really nice for my parents for our wedding. They just got a pool put in. They opted not to get the slide (against my wishes ) do you think that it would be selfish of me to get them one? They have grandchildren that would really love it too.

Would they like it? Did they not get it for $$ purposes, or because they didn't think they would need it? If they wanted one but decided against it, I think they would like it.

I agree with the ladies above- if they didn't buy it because of $$ then I say get it, but if they didn't buy it because of other reasons then I would go with something else.
