Parents Meeting Tomorrow - Update

My parents and FH's parent have never met and are meeting for the 1st time tomorrow at my mother's for TG. Here is the thing, his parents speak very little English so we have a language barrier. I have been having so much anxiety about this day that I woke up at 3:30am this morning and did not go back to sleep. UGH! I hope all goes well tomorrow otherwise this is going to be a very uncomfortable TG. I also hope I sleep tonight otherwise I am going to be like a cranky 2 year old all day. Thanks for letting me vent. Happy Thanksgiving Ladies!!!

Thanks Ladies for the support! All went well yesterday and they seemed to get past the language barrier. Last night I slept like a baby!

take a sleeping pill, drink 2 or 3 beers, and you will sleep just fine!

just relax, im sure it will be ok...you and FH can help out with any awkward silences

it will work out fine, trust me. i was freaking out about this too but it was great. even with a little language barriar it'll be ok. they'll get along and it'll be a great TG! hope u and ur family have a great TG!!!!
