In a couple minutes she has her court date- the judge and prosecutor are making her appear (or call in) to see if she should go back to jail.
Is anyone else hoping that she goes back to jail.. not because I am mean- I just think she is going to kill someone driving drunk

She should go to jail!! We wouldn't get any special treatment and neither should she!

she should serve her time just like everyone else. the judge specifically said she could not serve house arrest. poor baby stuck in her mansion for a month

See now i dont think she should go back. Honestly, i think the reason she got jail time in the first place is only beacuse she is a celebrity. Any why did they let her leave jail in the first place, they let her leave now they are taking her back, the whole thing is ridiculous.

I lost one of my best friends to a drunk driver and almost lost my mom ( she is still messed up physically, emotionally and emotionally from it!) she should rot!!!

I think it was a dui and i dont know what her bal was. I just think that over a month in prison for driving on a suspended license is a little harsh.

of course there is alot of media attention around this, now even more with the fact she was sent home and people are pissed saying the rich/celebrities can do what they want..I personally was happy when the judge sentenced her to jail but whatever, I am so sick of seeing her face on every news channel when there are plenty of more important things to report..My 2 cents!

hmm...i think at least 6 months should be manditory for a dwi or dui!!! maybe then people will think twice!!!!!!!! I can't wait until the world sees drunk driving killings as murder and not manslaughter or a slap on the wrist!
