She got a dwi ....then got caught twice for drving with a suspended lisence and many other offenses ........she should Rot
She has had 2 DWI's and was pulled over THREE times with a suspended license. She is a trillionare - she should be jailed for stupidity alone - there was no reason not to have a driver if she has this many arrests, incidents etc.
really makes me mad, and i never care about celebrity shiat

lost 2 very close friends in HS and the other 3 in the car will never be the same ....people shouldnt get away with it period

I think it was a dui and i dont know what her bal was. I just think that over a month in prison for driving on a suspended license is a little harsh.
She was on probation when she was stopped not once but TWICE with a suspended licence. She should go to jail. When normal people violate their probation they go to jail as well. Paris is not special.

Its one thing if she was issued the sentence for the actual DUI but she is being issued this sentence for driving on the suspended license. Dont get me wrong, she is stupid for doing it, i just think that they are making an example out of her.

I didn't say 'caught with a suspended licence'....because you are right, when you are caught with a suspended licence you do not go to jail however if you are on PROBATION and are caught TWICE driving with a suspended licence (like, Paris)...you most definetly DO go to jail because it's a violation of the probation she was sentenced for her DWI.
I'm not trying to argue with you ( .... see I SMILE!!! ) but the girl was on probation...that makes it waaaaaaay different.

Im not arguing either , lol, nothing wrong with voicing opinions! Actually, i didnt realize it was a suspended license as well as probation. Like i said, i def think shes a moron, lol. But then there is also the point of why now is she back up to 45 days when it was originally 20 something? Why is the judge repremanding her for the Sheriff letting her go? The whole thing is a mess, lol.
