Parties Alive?

So FH and I met with three dj companies today and parties alive was one of them. They by far gave us the best price (about $700 less for the same package!). The owner was really nice as was the other guy there meeting with us. I've seen them in action at fire and ems installation dinners and they've always been on-point. I'm just nervous they're more of a sweet 16/bar mitzvah type place. There aren't many reviews out there so just wondering if anyone had any recent experience with them.

Were also meeting with barattini productions next week if anyone has any insight on them :)

How much do DJs go for? I don't even know lol

Base price for a dj and mc for 5 hours at the other two was $1800. I'm not sure what parties alive base price was, he just gave us final price with percussionist which was less than that base price lol.

Just an FYI on barattini productions, they are very pricey! Just for an mc and dj alone is over $2000. Don't get me wrong, they were very nice and I've heard wonderful things about them, but we unfortunately had to take them off of our list due to the pricing. And they aren't willing to negotiate much.
