Party Ideas

My fiance & I have decided to do a 'Jack & Jill' party instead of an engag. party and a bridal shower. Our engagement is less than a year and it would have been too much in a short period of time so we decided to combine the engag. party and bridal shower into a 'Jack & Jill' party. If you don't know what it is (I didn't at first either) it is like a bridal shower but for couples. It's usually at a restaurant on a Sat/Sun afternoon. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for a place? I live in Long Beach but anywhere is fine we have people coming from everywhere.

when i was looking for my e-party i checked nick d'angelos in long beach-the prices were good, it was very cozy, and the food was yummy!!

we ended up booking our e-party at elisa's, which is a small italian restaurant in north bellmore-it's fantastic, and the prices are beyond amazing

Your possibilities really are endless.. what you might wanna do is pick up a zagat or use the website (certain features are free) it can help you narrow down the type of place u are looking for.. my cuisine and atmosphere and price or restaurants with private rooms!
