Elite Tent and Party rental in Glen Cove or Party Time in Lynbrook. I have used both for tents, tables, chairs and coffee urns. Good Luck

Long Island Party Rental on Northern Blvd in Greenvale.

Or if you are looking for more of an event planner that does rentals definitely try Party Sensation in Port Washington.
