My DOC got them for me in China Town. I think they were about $4 each, give or take.

I always get mine from Canal Street. $2-$3 a piece in every color imaginable.

I work on 55th and 5th. Between 5th and 6th on 55th Street, they have a place where they are $5 each. I bought 8 of them for like $35.. pics in my BM gifts album. HTH
