i finally filed my passport and chose the 'expedite' process... and i just feel like a hole in my pocket!!! that thing is expensive!!! i do hope i get it fast.

we did ours about a month ago. We didnt expidite b/c it takes 4 months now they say. But better safe than sorry i guess. If we dont have ours by Jan- we will have to start tracking it down.

My father put in for his 4 months ago (regular service) and still hasn't gotten it. Everyday he asks if it came in the mail. You shouldn't have a problem getting it.

if its for a cruise, you can show your receipt that you applied and that is acceptable but if you are actually flying out of the country; thats a different story

I expedited qand got mine in exactly 3 weeks. You'll get it real soon. You can sign up on their website for e-mail alerts and you'll get an e-mail telling you when it's being processed and when it has been mailed.

Yes they are much faster lately then they were in the beginning of the year, you'll definetely have it in time!
