Passta Salad Recipe??

Hi Girls!
I have to make a pasta salad for a baby shower on Sunday. Does anyone have a great tried and true EASY recipe to share!?? I'd really appreciate it!!

I do...

Ok.. For about 6-8 people.

Use..

1 - 1/2 lbs of tri colored pasta

Garlic
Small onion
Red pepper
Green Pepper
Black Olives
Chunks of provolone cheese
Bits of Proscuttia...

Mix with a full bottle of italian salad dressing and chill in fridge for 1 hr......

don't have the exact recipe, but here is my contribution:

shells or pene pasta
olive oil
roasted red peppers (cut into thin strips)
broccoli
pepperoni (slice then cut into quarters)
garlic
parmessean cheese
mozz or brie chesse


cook pasta/drain
toss the rest of the ingredients into the hot pasta
stir until cheese melts
add salt/pepper, parmessean chesse, basil and/or red pepper to taste

a little vague, just be creative!
