how much did you tip your maitre d? Ben said on average they get $4 per plate and then they split that with the staff. does this sound right to you guys?? I just want to make sure. I don't want go over over or under what the norm is. thanks!!!

I tipped $4 per person and then at the end of the night we gave him an additional $400 because he did such a great job. We had Steve. I also gave my bridal attendant (Danielle) $100.
