I am reading some posts of ladies that are getting married in a week or 2 and everyone keeps saying 'They have so much to do'.
Just out of curiosity, what are the last minute things that usually come up that you have experienced?

i would think final fittings, programs, menus, favors, wrapping up stuff, rehearsal dinners, vows
that sort of thing that you wait for the last minute to do

meeting with the vendors, packing up stuff to go to the hall, place cards, favors... all the little things!

i was rubber cementing photos into our guest book the morning of our wedding!!!
i didnt even have time to write DH a note/card like i wanted to...

This past week and next week, I have my final dance lessons, going to the hall to drop off stuff, finished my programs, menus, place cards, Met with photographer, videographer, dj to go over last minute details, final fitting and pick up of dress, working out and dieting like CRAZY, going to the beach as much as possible to perfect my tan, honeymoon shopping and packing, body treatment appointments, nail appointments, rehearsal dinner preparation, rehearsal, etc.... It is a crazy time!!!

Meeting with vedors, dropping stuff off at the halls, putting together the infamous 'tips'. Just doing last minute errands.

to be honest, I had nothing to do...all my stuff was at the hall the week before...placecard, menus, favors...everything. I knew who was taking the basket for programs to church, etc. (figure all that out beforhand)
in my week, all that happend (?!) was that I got deathly ill, so much so that when I went to pick up my gown, it no longer fit and I needed rush alterations. I went back home, lay in bed...and then only felt better the morning of the rehearsal. My dad had to go and pick up my wedding gown so that I could sleep a little longer! As far as tasks, it was done.
Oh--but we did set up all the tip envelopes 2 days before...it's a little nutty taking out THAT much cash! LOL! Got my mani/pedi the day before...got my facial the week before. That's it! LOL...you know what I mean. For me, the worst part was the seating. I did that about 3 weeks before

I had so much to do in those last two weeks....
Seating chart was the worst, table name cards (we didn't do numbers), programs, dress fittings, vendor confirmations, shopping and packing for honeymoon, packing up all the favors in boxes with ribbons, dropping stuff off at reception/church, rehearsal stuff, hair highlight/cut appointments, hmmm, I don't remember much else but I remember being very busy.
