Past B*urton Brides

Hey ladies! I just came back from an appointment with B*urtons and I loved their price, but I'm a bit weary about the outcome of my flowers.

I would love to know if other brides were completely happy with their outcome...meaning, when you had your appointment and specifically asked for certain flowers and colors is that what you really got on your wedding day???

They say its a flat rate for any type of flower...is this true...are there any hidden costs.

I find it strange that orchids are so expensive at other florist, but with them its one price....

Thanks so much!

I loved my flowers! Yes, it is true that it is any flower....I had very expensive flowers and was not charged anything additional. There are no hidden costs. What I asked for/discussed, is what I got on my wedding day.

One of the reasons B*rtons told me they are able to keep their prices so low is that they don't do one wedding a day....they have multiple teams and delivery/set up teams. Depending on the size of the events they are doing, determines how many events they will book. Because they do so many events, they order their flowers in MUCH more bulk than other smaller florists, thus getting better prices, and thus being able to charge less for the finished product! If you are someone who wants your wedding to be the only event your florist does for the day, I would stick with smaller companies, but if you are like me, and don't really care as long as the flowers are beautiful and the price is great, then B*rtons is definitely for you!

They have even ordered the flowers for my Bridal Showers for us, even though my mom did they arrangements, they had no problem getting the pink and orange gerber daisies for us at cost! AND they were BEAUTIFUL! Even in November, when they should be TOTALLY out if season!!!

Here are some pics...ignore my still totally surprised face in this first one...they def caught me off guard...11 months before the wedding!!

My FH had two cousins that just got married and both went with B*urtons and were very happy with the end result. We will probably be going with them as well.

I don't have any experience working with florists at this point, but from all the other reviews I've seen, they are definitely on my list to check out.

My question to you all is how far in advance should you sit down and meet with a florist?

I just used them for our wedding last week. My flowers were amazing (and I'm not a flower person). I was still getting compliments as of yesterday.

They were great to work with and everything looked amazing..my mom who is a flower person could not stop raving about how beautiful the boks and CPs were
