Can anyone tell me when they expect you to board the yacht? Is it during the cocktail hour or right after the CH is done? Did your hair get messed up on the boat? Was the boat super clean -- will anything get on my dress?

Hi, Corina!!!!!! Debi and Fred rode, right after the ceremony, in the gazebo. And, I hate to say it, but I think her hair extensions did lose some of their curl!! I'll ask Debi about the cleanliness of the boat, but I didn't hear her say anything about it! Mary MOB

that's what I'm afraid of -- my hair can be hard to control. One of the reasons I'm marrying at the end of September is the fact that it's less humid. Maybe i should go with an updo after all if that's the case?
I don't want to end up looking like the bride of frankenstein lol![]()

We got on the boat (I wouldnt refer to it as a yacht, jmo lol) about 5 minutes into the CH.
The boat was immaculate...we were served champagne - the driver was super nice and drove verrrrrry slow. The only thing that was blowing around was my veil, which I just put behind me and then sat back on the seat so it stayed put. He drove so slow - nothing at all happened to my hair. (I had a 1/2 up 1/2 down do also).
Definitely loved it!

I think it looks more like a boat than a yacht too but the word 'yacht' sounds nicer. :)
I'm happy to hear it was immaculate and the driver went super slow. Not that I thought he'd go crazy but you never know.
