Past JT Brides

Did anyone leave their menu meeting at JT upset? I'm not upset about the menu but I just lost all my confidence with the hall....We were so excited for our meeting and we left really really disappointed - to the point that we were both angry, and I wanted to cry, it really s-u-c-k-e-d......we have to wait until tomorrow to speak with the GM and I am hoping everything goes okay but now I'm sitting at my desk with a knot in my stomach I don't want to get into it on here, but please FM me - I'm shocked because I never remember seeing anyone disappointed after a meeting on here....I was so excited for our wedding, I loved our hall but now I'm just really angry, disappointed and worried that my wedding day is not going to be what I pictured....

I'm not a JT bride but I hope everything is ok. I'm sure whatever it is will work out!!

We didnt get as far as coming in to decide our menu...we cancelled our contract with JT way before that. FM if you want too talk..everything will be okay

thanks guys.....i really dont want to elaborate on here or make any brides nervous, i just needed to know that im not the only bride who left a meeting unhappy - and i'm not the first....but i've heard JT always seems to come through on the day of the wedding - i just hope that the things that are upsetting me will be resolved - its just heartbreaking because its our wedding day and we paid so much money and we believed what they promised and now it feels like that comfort level we had is gone - and it may just be a miscommunication and things may be fine tomorrow after we call with our concerns but the meeting just left me feeling uneasy, it felt like we were at a different catering hall last night - and not the same place we booked....i dont wany anyone to panic though - im hoping all the questions we have are answered and hopefully tomorrow ill be posting about how happy i am and how great JT is

Awww I am so sorry to hear this! I have been anxiously awaiting your review and know you will have an amazing wedding!

Anywho, I did have a friend who some issues with JT, some miscommunications, but everything was smoothed over and her day was flawless. Feel free to FM me if you want specifics.
