I've booked this resort for many couples and bc it's such a popular resort its based on availability. Tell your TA too request an upgrade for you the day you arrive that usually works!

Not unless you or your TA requests it before hand and when you get there, make sure you mention it.
We got an Ocean View room and wanted an upper level, when we got there we got the Ocean View but a ground level room. There was nothing available that day when we checked in, but they moved us to a 3rd floor the next day and it was perfect.
