Past/Future Brides...did anyone NOT have a cake toper?

i just can't seem to find a cake topper that FH and i like. nothing jumps out at us and i have been searching up and down! not even one that could sit next to the cake or something.
did anyone not or plan not, to have a cake topper at all?

I have only been to maybe 1 or 2 weddings in the past 10 years where they had a cake topper... It's definitely not necessary!
