Pastor April

Hey ladies -

I called and spoke with pastor april and I wonder if I should just book her or shop around. She gave me two prices - one for using one of her premade ceremonies and one that wasn't too much more to have her write one for us.

Any suggestions? Is it worth the extra money to get the individualized ceremony - or pay less for the one thats prewritten. We are doing a civil ceremony if that makes any difference in your decision.

I'd love feedback from anyone who has used her!

OMG, she is seriously AMAZINGGG!!!! We used her and couldn't be more happier. It was as if she knew us for years, everyone was in tears and the way she speaks throughout the ceremony is so beautiful! We did the one where we chose the elements on our own (the cheaper kind) and it was perfect because we personalized it just as we wanted to.

If i were you I'd book her on the spot!

Thank you! I think I may opt for the cheaper quote then :) PS: Are you from Northport? I saw your pictures and recognized the pier, I grew up there -- love your pictures :)

ITA but we did the personalized and we loved it. pastor april will chat with you and fh and ask a bunch of questions and work your answers into a very personal ceremony. I loved ours and people had so many nice things to say. lots of tears! either way you go, book her! probably my top 2 vendors!

Love her! We did the 'pre made' ceremony but tailored it to us...it was perfect!

I booked with her. Also she doesn't bind you to a contract so if your somehow not happy with her you can always change your mind.

Did you book the regular or the individualized one? Also is she negotiable on price or is it pretty set? Thanks so much for all your help ladies :)

We just took our pictures there - so nope not from there but it's beautiful there! And thank you

We spent the extra on a personalized ceremony and she spoke about us like she watched us grow up. The grown macho men of my family were reduced to tears and everyone cannot stop talking about how beautiful our ceremony was. A big bonus, if you get a personalized ceremony she types it all up for you in a binder so that you have what was said in print forever. Honestly she is the absolute best (I am so biased) but she was simply fantastic.
