she was so nice when we met with her monday night. just some general questions, like what type of wedding you are interested in having (religious, civil, etc); tell me about yourselves; and what do you believe marriage to be? check out her website, there's a ton of info and faq on it. good luck, she's really easy going.

what are some things you always envisioned your wedding having
who is walking who
it is hard to say because I feel like the questions she asked us were so geared to us and our relationship...we have been together for 12 years so the questions she was asking were pretty specific. You really don't need to prepare...she gets the feel for what she wants and she brought up questions about the ceremony that I didn't even think of.
