Pathology reports after D&C

My doctor is still waiting for mine to come....and I was just wondering what exactly they can tell from this report.....the only thing my doc told me was that i wouldn't hear from if everything was ok.

Also, I was just wondering if there were any types of vitamins I should be taking to build up and to strengthen my uterus again? right now I am just taking my pre-natals....TIA

Was it a normal D&c or due to misscarriage??

If regular D & C they check the cells and the formation to see if their are iregularities.

If miscarriage, they check to see if the cells did not from properly, or for infection.
