Has anyone used or plan on using Kevin from Patken for photography? Any feedback on his work?

I made an appointment to see his work and ask about his prices. After seeing him I went to 3 other photographers, all of whom were equally good, and all were LESS expensive. Some offered better packages. After all this I heard from another couple who had used him that he was very expensive and they werent happy with his work.
