This passed weekend I met with an associate from Patken and was less then satisfied with the service. I know that everyone raves about them on this site so I sent an e-mail explaining this and that I was so surprised! Well the owner Doug e-mailed me and wants to set up another appointment to work something out!! I think I should go to hear him out!

I am glad that he did email you. Sometimes people don't click with certan reps. This goes with any vendor and i hope the second trip is much better.

Oh wow, maybe he'll give you a deal because you weren't very impressed at first. It pays to tell people that you weren't happy with the service it might just have been that particular person!!!
