patken -attempt at resolution

Hi all. I just got off the phone with Doug at Patken. He was extremely upset that I was disappointed. We spent a good deal of time on the phone, and I heard him out. He believes that the photos, once enlarged, cropped, or color corrected, depending upon the individual needs of that partucular photo, will be beautiful. He has given explanations for many of my complaints. He spent alot of time trying to allay my concerns. I feel much better after speaking with him.
I beleive that I owe him a meeting and to see the finished product. Wen will not be able to meet for a few weeks, due mostly to my schedule.
In the mean time, just know that the studio has expressed genuine concern over my issues, and is working to make things right.
I wrote this to keep you updated, and possibly to quell some of the fervor i may have unwittinly started.

I am glad to see that he is working to resolve the issues. But honestly your previous post has probably helped him to understand how serious the issues and your feelings are.
I am looking forward to hearing how the touched-up photos turn out.
