we are using them for both havent picked a photographer yet. we are going back this week to do our std and i will find out who is available for our date.

what's been going on? im glad i booked them ive always been very sure of my decision..but i like to know what i might need to discuss with them in the future based on the experience of others..

The last person we personally spoke to was Doug. He was the only one there when we booked. He sold the whole package to us! we were floored by his presentation! Loved it! So we booked and then from there we havent seen him or spoken to him (which is fine cause we didnt expect to be working personally with him). So all the times ive called it has just beed whoever answers the phone really......
I call them. Should I email them? do they respond better? Thats not even all the problems that Ive had either......
Anyway, I had our first meeting with the photographer they assigned to us. FH and I like him and his work. But we'll see how it goes from here.
I even actually considered getting our money back but after meeting with the photograoher, he made me feel a lot better. Next time we speak or hear from them he said wont be till a couple of days before the wedding. You think thats normal? Or am I just over reacting?
