patken photographers

i just made an appiontment with patken for friday. can i hear some reviews from people that have used them. i looked at their website and so far im interested. i would also like to know the cost range. thanks girls!
oh one more question- if they are on the list of vendors that my hall recommended to us- do we get a discount?

Patken is great- I am using them.

Try to request Steve or Vinny.

You probably will get a discount because it is a house vendor.

As far as price they work with you. You could get a good package for like $2500-$3,000.

I booked Patken as well - my package was $4400 - but they said I started out with a large package - Big albums... But its worth it... Good luck -

they told me $300 came off cause it was a house vendor..
when you go be prepared to bargain.. they are willing to throw stuff in if you book that day...
* My package is 2,600 including my album with 30 pics mixed, 2 parents albums 12 5 x 7 each... and numerous others

They are great. Definatly go in with something in mind, they are willing to bargain and work with you. They also throw stuff in. They are great

we got a great package for exactly the price frame we were looking for. It was a great deal compared to others ive seen out there!! even gave us a better price than we started out with (with the salesgirl). DEF see them!!

I am also another HAPPY patken bride. I used Steve, and he was GREAT to work with.
They dont have set packages, but if you have a budget, they will work in a package for you.

thanks girls!! this will be the first vender that we are even looking to book. what questions should i ask? what should be included in packages? if you dont mind can you girls tell me the specific details of your packages and the prices?

you have to tell them how much you want in your album and if you want/how much in your parents album

they throw in a 20 x 20, 11 x 11, 8x8(engagement pic) and thank yous..
then bargain for more stuff..

We booked Patken. They will work within any budget. Ithink ours was only like 1,700.00. But I'm not sure, I don't have the paperwork. We are booked with Nick. He is very nice and very professional.

I booked Patken too. I am paying around $4,500. When you go you can see the differnt photographers work.

It depends what and how many pictures you want in your album. I chose a larger album with 60 pictures, 2 parent albums, 3 mini albums, along with engagement photo, 2 8X8's, 11X20, 11X11, as well as videography. Take a look at the SOHO album, it is a little more pricey, but i think it is worth the extra $$$$. Our package is about $6000..Your wedding is one day, pictures last a lifetime...I was willing to pay more for a photographer and cut in other places...

I am a Patken bride - Although our package is pretty big - I feel I got a good price - Good luck on Friday - I go again Tomorrow to meet with Doug to discuss video and make an appointment for engagement shoot....
