When you took your epics did they put them online for you to access after the shoot or do they only do that with your wedding photos?

you get access online - they give you the event code and password....give them a call!

they didn't give me anything! and ours were done back in DECEMBER!
I call and leave messages and I email them and they dont respond, or they email me saying 'i'm out of the office i'll get back to you when i'm in'...
I really think we made a mistake booking them!

None of our pics were available online, epics or wedding...I wonder if there is an extra fee or if you only get that option when you book a big package, ours was the smallest package they offered.

I took e-pics back in FEb. but they never mentioned anything about them being available online. Maybe the next ones will be..We are doing a 2nd e-pic shoot in June/July with 'our' photographer

I'm doing my epics with them in 2 weeks, and they said they will be online. My friend did her epics also, and they were online that same night. Also, I've never called there and been told they are out of the office, thats really strange, because I've had no problems with them.

I took my e-pics in April... they called to tell me the pics were online before I even got home. The Save the Dates were also done the same night and I received them less than a week later.

it is NOT an extra fee to have them online. just call them and ask them to put them on. they stay on for a few months. You just cant copy and save from the website.
For the girl who said she thinks she regrets booking them....DO NOT REGRET IT!! i used them and they were nothing short of amazing! i loved my pics and they have been a pleasure to deal with. they will pull through for you

I did know if my epics would be available online but it was in my contract that our wedding pics would be. So i called yesterday and they told me it was no problem and gave me a login and password. I am working with the lindenhurst office and there is always someone there.

Ours were online the day we took them - the only thing is if we wanted them on a CD we had to pay. I couldn't figure out how to copy and paste them from the site .
But we did have our STD's done a couple days later and I had them in hand about a week later.
All of that has been through the Lindy office and I have never had any problems.
We will be scheduling another e-shot w/ 'our' photog when it gets a little closer to our wedding date.
