Patken Photography help

Hi, I'm new to this but I had an appointment recently with Patken and I'm not certain if what they offered me was reasonable. Can someone FB me and tell me what they included in their package (especially if they offered you freebies, discounts or extras) and the price?

For those of you who had Patken, any regrets or thoughts on what you would have done differently?

No other photog could beat the price they gave me however I wasn't thrilled with their style and wanted a 2 photog. I used their quote to negotiate with others and found someone to match but include the 2 photog as well.
