I am using Patken for my photography. How do I know who will be my photographer? did you get to choose or did they choose for you at the engagment photo shoot. And #2, where was the engagment photo shoot indoors or outside in teh lindenhurst location?

Hi, I booked with Patken too. We took our E pics at the Lindenhurst studio, indoors. the indoor shoot is included with your package, but if you want an outdoor shoot, I think it is like $300 extra.
About 1 week after we took our e pics, I called the office, and they told me who my photog is going to be. We got Nick, and I was very happy about that, as I've only heard good things about him on this site. Hope that helps!

I just wrote a email asking them how did the engagement shoot go. heheh thanks for answering me prior to them getting back to me.
Did you go in a flip through photographers books and then make the appointment or did they just assign you any photographer for the photoshoot then based it for who you would get on your wedding day?

We actually just found out who our photographer is going to be for next Saturday. I thought that they called me for the e-picture and it turns out I was supposed to call them. Oh well, it is not that big of an issue. But if I were you I would definitely not make my mistake and call them to schedule your e-picture and from their you should be able to find out who your photographer is. Although they are all amazing!

We went for our engagement shoot about 2 months ago. About a week later, you call them and they tell you who they have booked you with. You then go and meet with the photographer and go through a book or 2 of theirs.
I must say, they have been really good with me. I was not happy with my the photographer they booked us with and they let me request Vinny (FH's sister used him) and we have already met with Vinny and things are finalized with him.
