I have been looking into photographers and Patken is one of the vendors on my list. I wanted to know if, for those of you who have used them, how the process was when you were picking out/creating your album. The reviews I have read said that their office staff is pretty bad and it was the only bad thing about them. If you would prefer to FM me that would be great!

Crashing! Just picked my album out the other day I have not one bad thing to say about our experience with them. We haven't received our video yet but they surpassed our expectations so far with our proofs. Good luck and any other questions don't hesitate to ask!

i used them and had a great experience. we chose our pictures, they made a layout and then i asked for a few changes which they did no problem. received my album in the time they said and loved it

Bad office staff????
So, not my experience!!! Lisa (in Lindenhurst)was awesome to work with. So much so that DH and I actually went back home to get our new credit card for the deposit and brought back a bottle of wine for her!!!
We used Vinnie and love, love, love him!!!
As for the album, I can't say, we haven't picked out our pictures yet. Not Patken's fault, our fault.
