Patken-Steve vs. Frank
am going to be meeting w/ Patken, I know a bunch of you rave about Doug, but I heard he is more money and the receptionist said Doug trains all of them..so I am leaning towards Frank or Steve..can any of you give me some of your thoughts if you have checked out either of their work, or if you picked either them & why...thanks :)

We have Steve
My Fi and I are using Steve. He is a very non-traditional photograher. He will do traditional pics if you want but he has a more fun/modern style. We met him last week and he was great. He is young and very funny. We had our engagement session with him and he made us feel very comfortable. We were worried that our photographer might be stuffy and very formal but Steve was very relaxed and we think will help make our day fun!

what other photographers did you meet with?? I have a list of about 12 and need to narrow it down. I want to meet with like 4 or 5 when we go back East. Thanks, have a good weekend.

We are using Steve
We are using Steve too, like the others said, he is more into the non-traditional poses, which is what we like. My sister used Steve for her wedding 2 years ago, and the pics were great. He is very fun to work with as well. At my sisters wedding, you hardly knew that there was a photographer at the wedding, he was NOT in your face at all, and that is something else we were looking for.

We saw a bunch of photographers- Patken, Daniel Kreiger, Mark Kaufmann (very expensive), Proline Studios and Michael O'Neil. I would say out of the 5 we saw- Patken and Michael O'Neil were the best. Mark Kaufman does great work but he didn't feel in our budget. When we went to Patken- we met with Tina a saleswomen and she suggested Steve so he was the only photographer we met at Patken. I hope that helps. Take care.Welcome New Vendors
