paycheck cashing question
ok..so i'm working in this horrible place and i've heard stories from a few people that from time to time their paychecks bounce...crazy, i know!!! Sounds kinda illegal too, but whatever.
I plan on leaving there but i want my last paycheck..and wouldn't be surprised if when i quit,he put a stop pay on my check.
If i bring it to a check cashing place and get cash for it,and say in a few days he tries to put a stop pay on it, will I somehow get screwed? Or should i try cashing it against his account through the bank thats on the check?
