paying for your gown

just taking a poll of who is paying for your gown? anybodies mother paying for the reception and the gown?

I am paying for it myself. Both of my parents passed away. My sister in law is buying my headpiece and veil.

My Mom is also deceased, bless her soul.
Right now, my sister is paying for my dress and accessories. My other sister is paying for the photographer, and FH and I are paying the entire reception and other things involved ourselves.

I paid for my own gown, veil, shoes,etc...my mom is deceased also.

I planned on paying for my gown but my father asked how much it was and sent me a check for it. We're paying for our reception.

I paid for my own gown, my father offered, but he is having his own financial problems right now, my mother offered, I said no to her too and she actually wrote me a check for half of it, but I put that towards the $1,500.00 she put on my C/C for personal purchases so in the long run, I am paying for my own dress, but that is fine with me!! Love it!

I thought I would be paying for my own gown, being that FH and I are really paying for the wedding ourselves, but when my mom and I went to look, she told me that she would pay..

My mother wants to pay for my gown and accessories, but she doesn't know if she can. At the very least, she will get me my jewlery. If she doesn't pay for my gown, my father will, along with all the accessories (minus the jewlery.)

My mom is paying for my gown and most accssories although I did not want her too! She would not let me win on this won. I feel so bad because I know she does not have the money for it. She can be stubborn though!

FI and I are paying for the reception and everything else.

My parents are footing the bill for my gown. I intended to pay for it with the money they gave me for the wedding, but my parents insisted. I'll be paying for my tiara, undergarments, shoes, etc..

My mom is paying for the gown, but has a set limit (fairly generous) on how much she'll spend. However, FH and I are paying for everything else. I'd gladly pay for my own dress if she'd pick up the reception tab.
