I am paying for my gown and we are paying for 2/3 of the reception and all the other costs.

I'm paying for the gown. My parents are helping us already and I couldn't ask for them to pay for my dress. My mother offered but I told her no.

mom bought my gown shoes & veil.
EVERYTHING else FH & I are paying for.

My dad is buying my dress, it's something he really wanted to do. He doesn't know what it looks like yet, I want him to be surprised.
