paying reception hall

did you send a check through the mail, or did you hand deliver it?

Final payment? We paid it a week before the wedding when we went to finalize our menu. It was cash! They don't take checks for final payments.

All other payments were mailed regularly.

Congrats on such a big feat!

mail (check),,, and the final payment we made in person when we did the menu and finalization stuff at the hall (cashiers check for that one)

A combination of bank check and cash (that's the halls policy) and I dropped it off with all of my boxes.

we've been making payments via mail, but our final payment is due a few days before the wedding in cash or certified check.

We actually made our payments by check while we were there to book and then for tastings and such. The final payment was in cash.

I made almost every single payment in person - cash.

Only once did I send a check in.

I really loved my hall and going to visit it every few months since it wasn't far from where we live

ETA: The final payment was also in person in cash - that one hurt!!!!
