We are paying $57 w/out tax & tip. You should try the Oceanside Knights of Columbus. It is beautiful and the food is great. They are in your price range.

I'm paying $59 pp at the Westbury Manor...BUT...it's a saturday afternoon wedding in the winter (Jan - March).
i also got quoted $50 for afternoon wedding between jan and march for 2008. i'm sure a lot of other places will give you decent quotes if you're willing to compromise a little.

Re: paying under $50pp
We paid $59pp for a Saturday night wedding at Mediterranean Manor in Patchogue and that included a lot of stuff!!! They were unbelieveable!!!!!!!!!!!!! The price probably increased since we booked in November 2004, but we also didn't have it during the off time. It was cheaper for the afternoon or Friday/Sunday. It was also cheaper for the winter months. And we did add a few things on. Good luck with your search!!

Re: paying under $50pp
I'm having a July wedding for $26.95 pp + $13 pp for premium bar=$40pp, $13 for kids under 13. Check http://www.trioattheholbrookcountryclub.com/ I love it. We're getting married outside at a gazebo and the cocktail hour is on their balcony, reception inside! Can't wait
Plattdeutsche Park Restaurant, Franklin Square is around that price on off season I believe. AMAZING food!!! WEBSITE

Re: paying under $50pp
We are tying the knot in northern NJ so don't think that helps you, but we were paying $65 before taxes and gratuities and the place is beautiful and food is the best in NJ. We booked for Sunday morning far in advance and we got the same food and service for half of the price-literally half. Shop around and consider Sunday morning/afternoons and Fridays but be warned Fridays book FAST! We booked almosta year in advance and all of their summer Fridays were gone.
