PC Richard Vent & Fix!
We ordered new appliances from PC Richard about a month ago.
ALL WHITE:
24' Stove
Dishwasher
Refridgerator
Air Conditioner
Well, they delivered the dishwasher last week in black, and the rangehood they shipped needed an outside vent not an inside fan like we ordered.
We called the Salesperson and he tried to tell us we ordered a black dishwasher - Ummm, all the appliance are white, why would we do that? Then he kept saying he couldn't arrange special delivery (After 12 p.m. so contractor would be there, never even offering a Saturday Delivery - which I found out PC Richards delivers 7-days a week!) This went on for days.
Then the Stove is backordered until goodness knows when, meanwhile when we ordered it it was in stock! Then he told FMIL that we should just replace the stove with X (really cheap model) 'cause they'd never know what they ordered!' FMIL was LIVID!
So needless to say, we stormed the store and spoke to the Manager. He ended up sending a guy in a car to replace the rangehood, set up a Saturday delivery for the correct dishwasher and allowed us to choose any 24' stove we wanted - I ended up with a $250 upgrade! YEAH. And it all came Saturday morning!
It was so frustrating to give a salesperson money just for him to turn around and try to screw you after he receives his commission. The manager was so nice and so accomadating and so po'd at his salesperson.
Just needed to share because Home Improvement is soooo frustrating. I mean this salesperson did NOTHING right, but the store upheld it's customer satisfaction policy and that's what counts in the end.
