Well, my first try at Clomid has been unsuccessfull, although my Dr. said that she doesn't think I'm due to ovulate until this weekend. Keeping my fingers crossed...
But she also confirmed that I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). This doesn't mean I'm infirtile, but it does mean I'll have to try much harder and pretty much live on Clomid...
Anyone else on the board have this? She told me it is common...

NO, but baby dust to you!
I have other fertility issues. I had an ectopic pregnancy last month and had to have a DNC and LAP. My chances for another ectopic increases by 10-20 %.
Don't worry, all of us will get through our fertility issues!! It may take us a while but it will happen!!!

PCOS is managible and not that horrible. You shouldn't LIVE on clomid though, there are other treatments. Make sure that you see an Endocrinologist before you accept the RX of PCOS. Many GYNs are using this RX because it is easier. You should also check out a website www.soulcysters.com. Good Luck! I have PCOS as well!
