I have a meeting with Pedastels tonight and everyone is telling me that they are super expensive! We are def. on a budget but I am trying to figure out some of the quotes that people have gotten from them, we are shooting for around 3000?! Anyone????

That was my budget and they totally met it. I had less BMs and GMS, but a few more CPS. The CPs are a mix of high and low but all orchids.

See now I got quoted last night 3,000-3,300 for 15 centerpieces, high and low, 8 bo-k of calla small bunch though, my bo-k of fuschia callas, 8 bout, 1 flower girl, 2 ring bearers, 1 arch with minimal flowers on it (very small) and 4 candles filled with rose petals for my table and I will use the girls flowers....is that high?

I just went to Pedastals this week and I got about the same as you...and we got everything for about $3K. Ask for Vito!! He's awesome, so nice and really helpful and really worked with our budget.

thats who i dealt with also. I originally had an appointment with Vito but he was busy. I loved her ideas, the best by far of all the florists I visited. Call her back & tell her you dont want to spend more than $3000. She'll come down to that to get your business.
If she quoted 3000-3300 you can prob get it for 2900...its worth a try.

I initially wanted low CPs but then i saw some really beautiful high ones, simple but high ones, so I am kind of on the fence about what I want. I love hydrangeas, peonies, i want calas for my bo-k and my BMs, like orchids... I am really hoping that they can work with my 2500-3000 budget!
oh boy, with the flowers you like, it may be a bit difficult.

Does this seem reasonable or high? I am going to do branches with hanging candles and flowers. All the flowers are going to look like you picked them from the graden in pinks, creams and green. I just love the different textures
$4,500 for
18 centerpieces 9 with lots of flowers worked in 9 with minimal flowers
1 my b-k 1 b-k for virgin mary 2 mob b-k 4 bridesmaids 2 flower girl wreaths 2 small arrangements for the mothers 2 filled urns for the church (we are finding the urns) 8 flowers for the groom, groomsmen and fathers flowers for the cake petals for throwing

I spent around 3,000 with 14 tables, 3 mothers, 8bm, 1 flower girl, 8 boutiniers, and the flowers for my cake the place card and sign in table I had alot thrown in I think I have received my moneys worth

It depends on what you are looking for. How many guests you have depends on the # of centerpieces. How many attendants you have depends on the number of boK's you'll need. They were along the same line as the other florists we looked at. Nothing outrageous!

You can bargain with the florists quite a bit.
We were very happy with pedastels. They really worked with us...and my flowers were beautiful....really gorgeous....I gave them what I had 'envisioned' and they made it!

I am using pedestals and they came below $2000 (including tax) for me and I am using a combination of roses, calla lillies and orchids.

I think they will try and work with your budget, but keep in mind, calla lilies are one of the most expensive flowers! Sometimes something that we think is just 'simple', really winds up costing more! Not to take anything away from Pedestals, but once you get a quote there, go to Flower Michele and talk to John...get a quote from him! I bet he beats Pedestals price..and he is amazing to work with!

You can definitely get that for under $3000 at Pedestals. I worked with Vito who is amazing and I have more centerpeices and corsages then you and mines well under $3000.
