I DISlike my florist rep very much! And I want to request another person. Everytime I call my rep answers the phone. I don't want to hurt feelings but I think they are rude and pushy! She hasn't listened to anything I've said and it's frustrating!!!
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to approach this situation?

I am working with Vito and L-O-V-E him!!! He is hands down the BEST vendor I've worked with. He is so responsive and even called me @ 9:30pm last night bc we were playing phone tag all day. Tonight he left me another message saying he's going on vacation and giving me his personal cell phone in case I need anything. He is the BEST!!!!

I'm so happy it worked out- you will feel WAY BETTER after you meet with Robert.
I was happier and a lot more confident after I switched to Nadia.
I don't wish that anyone gets fired under these hard economic times but, seriously...we are all spending a boatload of $$$ and the service should be top notch regardless of what rep. you get at Pedestals. They told me they were 'transitioning' her to twork in the back where she can't do what she does with customers but...apparently not.
It's just a shame- I know I lost many nights of sleep wondering about how much money I needed to spend on votives and what my CP vase would look like. Turns out, the votives were free (just not with Phyllis).

i am not having them do my centerpieces, jsut my personals, but I want to order the flowers from them so i can do my centerpieces myself which are very simple. Im worried that I'm going to have a problem and she is going to tell me I have time ( I am dealing with Phyllis)

I am working with Robert and his asst Diane. Cannot say anything bad at all.. They are great, always accomodating. Have already recommended friends to them who also booked.
I would def recommend finding someone else you prefer to work with because the last thing you need during your planning is more STRESS...

I agree- Phyllis is a talker. The advice I would give my friends is to stay AWAY from her. She makes a bunch of promises that she never keeps, yeses you to death and then when it's time to actually walk the walk- she hangs up the phone on you.
Save yourself the aggravation and work with someone else.
