Pedestals Florist

I DISlike my florist rep very much! And I want to request another person. Everytime I call my rep answers the phone. I don't want to hurt feelings but I think they are rude and pushy! She hasn't listened to anything I've said and it's frustrating!!!

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to approach this situation?

I have had such a great experience with them. I am working with Phil.

Why don't you call and ask to work with someone else if you are not clicking with her?

Not sure which rep you have but I booked with Phyllis. She has been nothing but great to me but if you are feeling uncomfortable I would definitely let them know. You are spending way to much money and this day is way to important to let this go. I would ask to speak to the manager and ask them if you could switch reps.

Just call and ask to speak to the manager and explain ur situation.

I'm working with Rob and so far so good!

I say have FH make the call!!
They are probably so use to us brides calling.
Might wake them up to hear an angry mans voice

I would FM you if it were any other person but I don't even care. I was where you are with Phyllis a few weeks ago- scary isn't it?

She disgusts me, I can't believe I ever fell for her 'oh my goodness, we have a connection' CRAP!

I don't even know why she is still there- honestly, everyone else at Pedestals seems great and that's what peeves me the most!

Phyllis rushed me off the phone too and never kept any of her 'secret call me any time for any help' promises! Ughhhhh- that woman!

Well- I spoke with the manager Nadia at a WM showcase and I re-did everything I spoke with Phyllis about and now, it's 100x better!

My suggestion is to call back and ask to speak with the owner OR with Nadia. Tell her your situation...I can't remember the other woman's name but you can also speak with the owner's assistant.

I spoke up and believe it or not- when I went in to talk to Nadia...Phyllis was there and didn't even recognize me.

I really have to say- she gives them a bad rep. BUT please do not get discouraged! Their work is phenomenal and speaks for itself.
Get yourself a new person to work wiith- DON'T BE SHY! SPEAK UP- if not, I'll be happy to do it for you! I strongly dislike Phyllis!

I was going to FM you too but I said screw it! She has rushed me off the phone too and that is what turned me off the most. I was going to give her the benefit of doubt after our meeting because she was extremely pushy!! But when I called and said I was unsure about what we discussed she totally rushed me off the phone. That pissed me off because flowers are NOT cheap and I want my flowers to look good.
I am going to call right now, I just dont know who to request.

I just called and spoke with Robert, he sounds awesome and I am excited to meet with him. Thanks for the advice.
