That's odd. I used them and had a great experience. I worked with Jay who gave me a total breakdown of everything, and even went around to the different centerpieces on display to put together colors so I'd see how they would look. And I got a great price.

I recommend meeting with Simply Stems. They work out of their house so there is no overhead. They do beautiful work! I'm getting the low centerpieces, with 4 mini-versions around it (break-aways, I think they're called), and the price I'm paying, including for all the bouquets, is $1,400. I had Robert at Pedestals in Mineola. He gave a breakdown. I even had him write down how many floweres (approximately) he would put in each centerpiece and bouquet. I forgot to write a few numbers down and got nervous about it, but then next time I saw him, we both wrote the numbers down. And everything came out wonderfully. AND super inexpensive.
My wedding was at Crest Hollow, near yours, so he could definitely do yours too.

THey didn't give me a detailed breakdown to take with me (but then, neither did Burtons). They showed me the paper as we went through the prices and after we left, FH and I wrote down what we remembered in the car.
