Did anyone have them redo their CP? She did one for me and I hated it, ended up just pointing out another CP that was already there and saying I'll take that... but then I picked something else and I thought I was going to get to see it but she told me 'we already made you a CP'
I hate having to fight for stuff that should just be a given.

When I went there I was working with Nadia, and I did not like the original CP she changed it for me and it came out stunning!

You can see in my other post, I had them do a 2nd centerpiece. Because it's hard to visualize and express what you like. When I went yesterday (the 2nd time), let me tell you Chris saw I wasn't happy even with the 2nd one and he wasn't even my original salesman there, he took it into the back re-did and made me truly love it. I was so happy it turned out that I met with him, he was beyond helpful and made me feel so much more comfortable with my choice!

I didn't use Pedestals. I am booked with Flower Michele and although I didn't hate my CP. The color was all off and I was very worried abotu not seeing it before hand. John was so cool about it. He is making me another next week and I am confident he will nail it this time. His exact words were 'we make samples so you are not suprised on your wedding day, of course we want you to love it'
I would definitely call and demand another sample. In my case, I loved the shape and size just the color was wrong, so I even told him he doesn't have to make it to scale just a small one with the correct color would do. I will see next Thursday what he does.
Sorry rambling, anyway I would insist on another sample. You are paying them good money you should know you are getting exactly what you want

Yes..def insist on another sample center piece. Really, how hard is it for them to whip one up when you are spending what you are spending!

Whose ur contact there? I'm working w nadia and she showed me a cp last october, I wasn't crazy about it, then she changed it around and then I liked it. But now I'm having second thoughts and were seeing it again in august. At my first meeting w them she said well keep changing it til u love it. My problem is I feel bad, but I KNOW I must speak up if I'm not 100% happy.
