Pediatrician Recommendation Nassau South Shore

Most of DH & I friends have moved off LI, plus we're one of the first to have a child. Plus we both come from small families with no children in them for a while.

My friend recommended her doctor, but he's her brother in law, so I'm trying to take her praise with a grain of salt. DH and I wanted to meet with a few others before we decided on one.

Does anyone have any recommendations? We live in Wantagh, so we're open to the local area (say Merrick to Massapequa Park.) Thanks.

My doctor recommended Dr. Oppenheimer in Bellmore to me. I have a consultation with him and his group on Wed. I can let you know what I think if you'd like?

I used to go to Dr. Jassey in Bellmore on Newbridge Road. He's a wonderful doctor!!!

And has nothing but good things to say about him. My nephew likes him a lot too.

I go here and love them! I usually see Dr. Fasano(Dr. Andy) he is sooo nice but we have seen Oppenheimer and Dr. Bob too and all three are great!!

We met with them the other night and we loved the office and the staff. We're going to try them since they are so close to our house and affiliated with the hospital. Plus we just got a good feeling from them.

LOL, that's too funny. Dr. Fasano is my friend's BIL. It's nice to hear good things about the practice from people not related to him. Makes me feel better about considering them.

Dr. Fasano is great! he takes his time, talks to you on the phone and is generally concerned, I had my consultation w/ him originally and got such a good feeling from him b/c he was so nice that is why I chose that practice

I know definately North Shore Manhasset. Haven't looked into which other ones yet.
