I know that feeling WAY too well.

You have to get that blue spray gel stuff (Banana Boat Sooth-A-Caine). I just ran to my bathroom to find out what it was called. It really does help.

Ohhh how I dont miss that feeling!!! Aloe was my best friend after a weekend in PR

Have the soon to be hubby lather some on if it doesnt hurt too much I know Vin tried to help me out by doing that and I wanted to kill him cuz just the slightest touch was excruciating!

lol we tried that and i yelled at him... not his fault...i was peeling it myself... and then he wanted to peel it too. lol. i cant even lay down... its on my shoulders so any way i lay is painful :(

i put aloe cream on it and wanted to hurl myself off the room from the pain,... so i dont know what else to do.

I really underestimated the strength of the sun down there... It really is incredible! I was extra crispy from 1 day of walkin along the beach... granted we walked from condado to isle verde which was a hike and 1/2 That could be part of the reason

omg i was on the beach for like 10 mins in the water and then on the banana boat for 20 mins and that was it AND i was wearing sunscreen super high proof. my irish skin cant take the sun lol
