Im so excited for you! I loved moving into our apt but cant WAIT to have a house....we will look but seriously dont think we will get approved for a mortgage..oh...wanna throw me an engagement party then...j/k///but my b-day is also in may...hmm..lots of party ideas I have...
Of course you will be approved, it is the intrest rate that is the concern the better the credit the better the rating...........I'll throw ya a party !

Right..you told me the other day the block, that was 2 blocks from my house when I lived in Massapequa, LOVE the area, so perfect there!!!!! me and dannys Chiropractor is on the corner, so we will stop over a lot That is a good price for that area!!! Still we could NEVER afford it, we both have bad credit, Im buidling mine but its still bad..but someday, all hope is not lost!

Donna do you remember my shopping habit it was disgusting I just charged and charged and charged and shopped and shopped but eventuall when I decided what was important all that changed and I fixed the problem it can be done you know how many people own homes with bad credit!!!!!!! Please stop over we can have a TEA party LOL.
