FH's second cousin responded no to the wedding. Today we get a message on FB asking if it's too late to come because now she has a car to drive out here. I tell her it's ok, to please let me know if she is coming alone or with a guest. She writes back and tells me she will let me know if she's coming by herself or with her ex-bf. Then proceeds to write....The other problem im having is i dont know how much i can give in the envelope i am not working at the time but i will do my best to give what i can.

thats an awkward question to ask a bride... my cousin had told me something along those lines and i was soo uncomfortable.

I so want to! FH says she has issues. I had told her I give my final count on Friday. I'm hoping not to hear from her by then and just tell her then that I assumed since I hadn't heard she wasn't coming. I really don't know how to tell her to stay home in a nice way.

Good lord... this isn't a backyard BBQ, this is a friggin wedding! You can't just decide to come, not come, bring a guest or not at your leisure. I don't even want to send invitations out at this point... I know people's responses will just piss me off.

Can I really say this? I mean, he's an ex!!! And if you don't have $$ why would you be bringing an ex anyway. Just doesn't make sense to me.
