People are just Friggin WACKY...

OK so I'm bs'ing with a friend of mine and we start talking about the wedding and my guest list. I've been friends with this guy for many many years. I actually met my MOH through him, they dated for a long time but she finallt moved on when he had no intention of getting married. She's married now and he lives with someone (whom I just don't care for, but that's another story, lol) Anyways he tells me 'oh I was talking to Joe about your wedding and he said he would go with me', hellooo Joe is my ex-boyfriend whom I lived with for 3 1/2 years. The funny part is that he see's nothing wrong with this, he wants to know why Joe can't come, that he doesn't think anyone would really mind. If you read my post about my BFF that passed away in November (I was looking for ideas to use the fabric in her wedding gown) Well Joe isn't only my ex but was also my BBF's brother. Needless to say that Joe's wife HATES me, not sure why because I never did anything to her. My friend says 'yeah it'll be fun like old times, just as long as Joe's wife doesn't find out. *** is he thinking??? Is that not the wackiest thing you have ever heard?? MY MOH said 'I don't care if he's coming just don't sit me next to him', Oh did I mention that he tells me 'why can't Joe come, Bill's coming?' Bill is my ex-husband and not only are we friends but we're raising a child together (16 yr old daughter, eeks) BIG difference, at least I think so. Just had to share this because again *** are people thinking.

Oh lordy - isn't it funny how some people think?!?! I've learned that you just have to follow your heart when it comes to things like the guestlist and forget about other people's opinions.

*** was just what I said. Him and Joe's wife are having a surprise bday party for Joe on Saturday and of course I wasn't invited, why would I be, but my girlfriend who knows the whole story saw him and asked him 'Hey did you invite Ro?' He just looked at her with this dopey look on his face. Maybe he'll realize just how retarded his request to bring my ex to my wedding was.
