I know its so soon after my wedding but I have to get this off my chest. One of DH's friends said he overheard a cousins boyfriend talking about all the things he would have done different AT THE WEDDING. What the hell is that?? I just dont get people. Is it jealousy?? Ive just never felt the need to talk down about what other people are doing. Maybe DH and I are just confident people but this has been bothering me that someone I invited to my wedding was sitting there judging it. I guess thats life right. If he wants to do things so differently, maybe he should ask the mother of his children to marry him already. Im just sayin....

first ff.. are they getting married soon? or may they possibly be getting engaged soon?
if so i dont see it as such a big deal (but they prob shouldnt of been talking about that AT your wedding)... now being engaged i look at weddings so differently. I use it as a learning experience for myself to see what i like and dont like, what i want or dont want. it doesnt mean that i didnt still love the persons wedding or have a good time..
on the otherhand if it is someone already married or etc.. then i see no need to talk about someone elses wedding like that.
what i do find sort of rude was that they were obviously not being quiet about their discussion where others could hear and maybe talking about that wasnt really appropriate at the wedding.. For me i would do that that kind of talk at home

People can seriously be very rude. Unfortunately, we can't control what others say and we need to do our best (even when it's not easy) to not let it get the best of us. The truth is that you and DH are the only ones that matter in this situation- so if you both enjoyed your big day-that is what matters most! Besides- most people are only judgmental when jealous!!

there is always going to be a person that doesnt like this or doesnt like that. they dont like your centerpieces, dont like your dress, the color of your bm dresses. thats what my mom told me now - shes like you cant please everyone so dont even stress it as long as you and DH are happy that's all that matters.
And by the way - from the pictures you posted it looks like it was an amazing wedding, you looked amazing and people looked like they were having a great time.
some people are jealous and you cant change that

There is always going to be that one person that has something to say. Don't worry about it though - if you and your DH loved everything and had a great time, that's what matters. It was your wedding, not his. Like you said, when he gets married, then he can do what he wants to do.
