I am having a problem because I am three months away from my wedding and I am noticing that my new period pattern seems to be a day before the 11th which is my wedding day in April...Is there any way I can delay my period for one month??? What advice do you guys have for me????

Instead of taking your placebo week you can go right into the next month and it should delay your period. I did this years ago when I was going on vacation and it worked for me!

I lost my period for 3 years, I exercised a lot and didn't eat much. Still now if I get on the exercise bike and bike too much, too many days my period delays for 2 weeks. Hope that helps.

THIS! I've done this in the past but you have to be on the pill to do this. It can be done with nuvaring as well because it is a cyclic form of birth control. Unfortunately if you're not on a hormonal birth control I don't think it's possible. Hope this helps! Good luck!

Edit: FYI when I did this, I would have spotting for about a month afterwards but it would get me through the vacation and I think it's totally worth it when you're talking about your wedding and honeymoon!

Yeah, I use the My Days app and realized that I am going to have my period too. I'm going to talk to my dr about skipping my period week on the pill.
